Course mediation fundamental opens a window into the world of mediation and brings you into contact with the skills of mediation, and the best tools of the mediation process, including negotiation and conflict resolution. The program reveals the advantages of mediation and its place in the social world and prepares the participants towards the implementation of mediation in their daily lives.
The course offers 60 academic hours and is held once a week for 12 meetings, 4 hours each. During the course, trainees will undergo theoretical and practical lessons including lectures, case studies, practical exercises and simulated mediation.
An attendance of 85% of the program is a Must.
